The Miracle For Mom Foundation is committed to providing hope for all debilitating brain diseases by assisting families in need and supporting research efforts for treatment and a cure.
In 2015, Miracle For Mom assisted Mrs. Joan Mathews of Dunwoody. Mrs. Mathews was recently diagnosed with Atypical Parkinson’s and was in need of a rollator to help her maintain her balance and walk without assistance.
“This is the cadillac of walkers,” Mrs. Mathews said. “I love it so much.”
Miracle For Mom provided Mrs. Mathews with the medical equipment she needed. It’s our hope that the rollator she received will make her life a little easier during this difficult time.
In addition, the Miracle For Mom Foundation gave thousands of dollars to CurePSP for research efforts in 2015. Scientific research shows that if a treatment or cure is identified for one neurodegenerative disease, it may apply to all of them.
Miracle For Mom is a 501(c)3 non-profit foundation dedicated to raising awareness for debilitating brain diseases like Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD) and Multiple System Atrophy (MSA).
